We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Manage financial transactions and oversee cash handling procedures
• Contribute to creating a positive working environment for the team

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and sales management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with store management procedures and cashiering
