Bilingual Customer Service Associate

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate in the Automotive industry, located in Markham, Ontario. The position involves a high volume of customer interaction in both English and French, with a focus on providing information and resolving issues pertaining to customer's lease or financing accounts.

Please note that only bilingual candidates in French will be considered for the position

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to provide information concerning their lease or financing accounts.
• Update personal information and insurance forms of clients regularly.
• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Address issues involving various vendors, clients, and insurance agencies.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Document all client conversations in the call center database in an understandable way.
• Follow established communication guidelines when dealing with different topics.
• Identify and understand customer's needs, provide solutions or alternatives after researching each issue.
• Work towards meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
