Controller

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead key financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. This role is critical to ensuring the company's financial health and stability while fostering a strong and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Regularly present senior management with clear assessments of the company's financial health.

• Lead the development of the company’s annual budget.
• Provide insight and guidance on financial planning and performance forecasting.

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

• Analyze costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors as needed to support compliance.

• Work with the Director of Finance to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives.

• Coordinate annual financial audits, providing documentation to external auditors.
• Resolve audit findings collaboratively to maintain compliance.

• Supervise and mentor the General Accountant and other team members as necessary.
• Foster a positive and growth-oriented team culture.
