Jr. Procurement Analyst - Robert Half

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Jr. Procurement Analyst in Brampton, Ontario. You'll be working in a role that demands strong organizational skills and the ability to handle detailed data. Your role will be crucial in maintaining system data accuracy, handling vendor performance management, and resolving product availability and fulfilment issues.

• Collaborate with teams such as supply chain, merchandising, private label, and international sourcing to address product availability and fulfilment issues.
• Support vendor performance management initiatives by generating relevant data, conducting analysis, and preparing presentation material.
• Ensure end-to-end accuracy in all aspects of Deli/Home Meal Replacement/Bakery product portfolio, including vendor costing.
• Take charge of new vendor onboarding activities and oversee new product creation in collaboration with Vendor Onboarding and Data Operations teams.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative activities as assigned, supporting the Director and Buyer(s).
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, to manage and communicate information effectively.
• Use your business acumen and retail knowledge to manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Employ your skills in customer service and data entry to ensure smooth operations.
