Job Description- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of sports flooring installations on ICI projects
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and material procurement
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and close-out packages
- Help coordinate delivery logistics and installation timelines
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant- 3-5 years of experience in construction, ideally within the ICI sector
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Experience with Procore is considered a strong asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience or familiarity with any of the following is an asset:
