Project Administrator - Telecommunications

Description You are a Project Administrator and will provide administrative and coordination support the program’s day-to-day operations. Your contribution to the project team, will allow projects to meet their target dates as efficiently as possible.

Prepare and maintain standard communications, program documentation, reports, and correspondence. Utilize existing branding to send messaging across all communication channels. Support development of project information material. Schedule and organize meetings including agenda preparation, taking meeting minutes, and action items.

Carries out a wide range of diverse, sensitive, administrative, and operational duties for the program and team. Other duties as assigned including special projects. Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role Experience working with a diverse team that operates in a dynamic and fast paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer background including experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and JD Edwards or computer-based accounting systems Excellent customer service focus, with an ability to work collaboratively with others Superior communication, project administrative/coordination, organizational and writing skills Independent, self-motivated, able to take the initiative to liaise with other departments and/or external sources Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and listening skills Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and interruptions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Work Conditions: This is a hybrid position where you will be required to be in office at least once per week Compensation $38,800 - $53,350 Annually This is the expected base pay range for this role.
