- This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge St) and/or Client office (20 King St.
- subject to change at any time.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Capital Markets, Regulatory Reporting, Investment Banking, Core Banking, Payments, and Data Analytics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business requirement gathering, functional specifications, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business process reengineering.The role requires hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics, and SDLC methodologies.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Business Analysis & Data Management:- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and document business and functional specifications.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation using SQL, Teradata, and other database tools.
- Work with Regulatory Reporting teams (e.g., FR2644, FR2420, FFIEC, CCAR) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Lead data integration projects to onboard and validate financial data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data quality and governance through proactive data profiling and cleansing activities.
- Support audit and compliance activities by building data lineage and data controls.
