We are in search of a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join an organization located in the Ottawa region. This is a permanent/4 day a week position offering a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:
- Process and oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Verify invoice validity
- Enter bills; make payments to suppliers
- Follow up with vendors if any discrepancies
- Prepare deposits; and prepare cheques for signature
- Credit Card reconciliation
- HST remittances
- Prepare employee expenses
- Prepare and monitor product profitability reports
- Assist the management team; and implement new accounting procedures if required
- Preparation of month end and year end closing.
