We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Richmond, British Columbia. This role is based in an office environment and is integral to the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. The Receptionist's main responsibilities will be to manage customer interactions, ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office, and assist with event planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Meet and greet clients upon arrival, providing a detail oriented welcome
  • Assist with the planning and execution of in-house events, including catering arrangements when needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and office facilities, managing vendors for maintenance as required
  • Keep track of office supplies and replenish them on a weekly basis
  • Use Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing data efficiently
  • Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as necessary
  • Use your interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive workplace environment
  • Utilize your proficiency in English and Mandarin to enhance communication within the diverse team.
