The opportunity:
To support the Sr. Analyst, Finance, with varied financial and administrative tasks for the Information Technology department, including but not limited to planning, managing and reconciling the IT budget, forecasting IT expenditures, and collaborating with the PMO in the tracking of project finances.
The role- Support financial analysis for projects (business case, ROI, etc.) and compliance with the Capex policy (CER forms, approval).
- Assist with data cleansing in preparation for Tableau dashboards and other reports.
- Review PO approval against budget; follow workflow for invoice approval.
- Minimum of 2nd year in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Good analytical skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle JDEdwards E1 is an asset
- This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
