Project Coordinator with experience in construction or cabling to support our Telecom Client Job ID: CREQ008513 Job Duration: 1 Year Job Location: North York Description Lead and coordinate all aspects of project implementation, from initial request intake to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.
Provide technical expertise in OSP or Structured Cabling projects, including the review and clarification of drawings and specifications, and the development of accurate scopes and estimates. Oversee and manage contractors to ensure the timely completion of approved projects, adhering to client-imposed schedules and deadlines.
Manage material purchasing and arrival in a just-in-time environment Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution. Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues, discrepancies in requirements, and scope changes.
Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication. Manage invoicing and revenue recognition, ensuring that all costs align with the budget and project scope.
