  • Handle incoming calls, providing information and redirecting calls as necessary
  • Expense reporting
  • Assisting with project related work
  • Engage with courier services for efficient dispatch and receipt of packages
  • Perform general ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
  • Utilize CRM software for customer relationship management
