- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, including initial and follow-up calls.
- Implement collection processes, focusing on arranging payment plans for past due accounts.
- Regularly review and update Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all data is current and accurate.
- Use Excel for efficient tracking of calls and payment plans.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly, providing clear and concise information.
- Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on their payment situation.
