Collections Specialist

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Kitchener, Ontario. The role primarily involves managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining effective communication with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Utilize Epicor software system for efficient tracking and management of customer accounts.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, including initial and follow-up calls.
• Implement collection processes, focusing on arranging payment plans for past due accounts.
• Regularly review and update Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all data is current and accurate.
• Use Excel for efficient tracking of calls and payment plans.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly, providing clear and concise information.
• Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on their payment situation.
