Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The Securitisation Finance team is a front-office function focused on providing secured funding solutions to clients across a broad range of asset classes. The team covers a diverse client-base across Europe, including, corporates, financial institutions, specialist lenders, asset managers and private equity firms.This is a fantastic opportunity to join as an analyst and to be based in London.
What will you do?- Market, structure and execute securitisation transactions across multiple assets classes including auto loans / leases, consumer / BNPL , SME loans, residential mortgages, equipment, and trade receivables.
- Attend client meetings to build your network and experience.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials.
- Learn how to analyse credit risk and model structured credit transactions.
- Work with lawyers to document a transaction.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (including credit risk, legal & middle office teams) and external stakeholders (including law firms, rating agencies & auditors).
- Masters or undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field of study
- Relevant experience in a financial markets role
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage a large workload in a high pressure environment
