Adecco is currently hiring a full-time professional and organized Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and provide administrative support at our client’s Regina office. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment while managing various office tasks.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
  • Location: Regina, SK
  • Shift: 8:30am - 4:30am | Monday to Friday
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 1-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Open, close, and secure the building daily.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed.
  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and escort them to their destination.
  • Manage online boardroom bookings and coordinate meeting arrangements.
  • Set up boardrooms, including coffee service, supplies, and conference call equipment.
  • Coordinate meal orders for meetings when required.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail from Canada Post.
  • Send and receive courier packages.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, including stationery, janitorial supplies, and promotional materials.
  • Track and maintain records for security access cards, laptops, LCD projectors, and other office equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance of building copiers and printers, including ordering toner and paper.
  • Maintain daily meeting directory boards.
  • Prepare month-end summaries for boardroom charges, copier usage, postage, and other expenses.
  • Maintain petty cash and process deposits as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
