The position:

As a key support role within our warehouse operations, the Warehouse Office Assistant ensures timely and accurate processing of incoming inventory paperwork, directly contributing to the smooth flow of product and exceptional customer service we’re known for at Trail Appliances.

Reporting to the Warehouse Inventory Manager, this role plays an important part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability our customers and team members count on.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate with transport companies for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare store-to-store transfer documentation
  • Create daily delivery route sheets and communicate schedules to drivers
  • Assist customers in the pickup office and relay invoices to warehouse staff
  • Communicate delivery updates and rebooking details between customers, delivery teams, and management

  • Willingness to work at both Calgary DC and Calgary South locations

Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Tuesday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm

Saturday from 8:30an to 5:00pm

Compensation:

$17/hr
