Customer Service/Dispatch

We have an exciting opportunity in Hamilton, Ontario, for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join a busy and growing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for dispatching and scheduling for residential and commercial customers, maintaining records, and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule services for residential and commercial customers
• Receive incoming calls from customers in need of service
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and other management systems
• Take on receptionist duties such as answering inbound calls, directing phone calls, and handling incoming mail
• Be proactive and willing to assist both customers and colleagues in achieving their goals
• Assist with invoicing
