ReachStack is the financial services brand of an established digital marketing platform company with over a decade of experience serving clients across multiple industries in North America. Our platform helps wealth advisors deliver personalized, data-driven client communications at scale — making it easy for advisors to stay visible, build trust, and grow their practice.

We are a focused, entrepreneurial team that takes pride in the quality of service we deliver to our clients.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a one-year contract basis, with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and business growth. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in Canada, with an immediate start date that can be negotiated based on the right candidate's availability.

In this role you will manage an established portfolio of client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring they get maximum value from the ReachStack platform. You will be joining a small, experienced team and are expected to work independently, manage your accounts proactively, and engage in a structured onboarding and training period to get you fully up to speed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the ReachStack platform and each client's unique communication goals and strategy
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, address questions, and identify opportunities to improve their results
  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns before they escalate, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and follow-through
  • Support clients in making effective use of platform features through guidance, best practices, and occasional training sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to ongoing service and product improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account health using internal tools
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role within the software or technology industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts independently with minimal day-to-day supervision — you take ownership and follow through without being asked twice
  • Proven reliability working in a remote environment, with strong self-management and communication habits
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, and project management tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust across a range of client relationships
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with email marketing platforms or digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or wealth management
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field

Benefits

The Role at a Glance
  • One-year contract, full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Fully remote — open to candidates anywhere in Canada
  • Immediate start, with flexibility based on candidate availability
  • Strong potential to transition to a permanent full-time role based on performance and company growth

Working at ReachStack

At ReachStack, we work in a collaborative, remote-first environment where every team member has a real impact on what we deliver for our clients. We are a small, close-knit team that values initiative, accountability, and direct communication.

You will build deep expertise in a specialized area of digital marketing and work with clients where the work genuinely matters to their business. If you take ownership of your work, thrive without close supervision, and enjoy building lasting client relationships, you will fit right in here.
