About Our Client
Our client, a leading high-rise developer in the London area, is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of high-rise projects that will shape the city's skyline.
Job Description- Lead and manage the pre-construction process for high-rise projects, from concept to detailed design.
- Oversee project planning, including scope development, scheduling, cost estimation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design, budget, and timelines align with client expectations.
- Review and analyze project documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage the bidding process, ensuring the selection of the best subcontractors and suppliers for the project.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, track costs, and identify potential cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in pre-construction management, ideally within the high-rise residential or commercial development sector.
- Strong understanding of high-rise construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
- A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $130,000.
