Bilingual HR Recruiter

This role will also focus on the onboarding process, serving as the primary point of contact for new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Accurately screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates to find the best fit for open positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Maintain comprehensive candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies' effectiveness.
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes and workflows, leveraging digital tools and agile methodologies for improved efficiency.
• All candidates are required to undergo activities as part of the onboarding process.
• Organize orientation schedules for new employees in collaboration with Local HR.
• Address any questions or concerns new employees may have during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new role.
