About the Team

At Flinks, Product Operations and PMO work hand-in-hand to bring big ideas to life and deliver them to clients, fast and flawlessly. Product Ops connects the dots between Product, Tech, and Commercial teams, turning strategy into action with a focus on clarity, quality, and continuous improvement.

Under this umbrella, our PMO picks up the baton to lead projects and drive open banking client integrations, ensuring smooth, efficient onboarding and delivery. Together, we’re the engine that powers innovation at scale.

What You'll Be Doing 🔥

You'll lead the end-to-end integration process for outbound clients, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding to post-launch. You’ll be the primary technical contact, working closely with clients, commercial teams, and internal tech teams to drive successful project delivery. Your role will include:

  • Owning the integration process – defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Leading client communication – keeping stakeholders informed while translating technical details for different teams.
  • Driving project execution – collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Managing risks – proactively identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover – equipping Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers with the necessary documentation and insights for ongoing client support.
  • Tracking key metrics – monitoring project timelines, resource allocation, and completion rates while providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Optimizing workflows – continuously improving integration processes and incorporating client feedback into future enhancements.

  • A skilled communicator – able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented – you anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Detail-oriented and organized – you excel at managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment between client needs and internal capabilities.
  • An adaptable leader – comfortable navigating ambiguity and making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Experienced with fintech integrations or API-based solutions, giving you the ability to navigate technical complexities with confidence.
  • You have direct experience with software development and a strong understanding of SDLC, enabling seamless collaboration with technical teams.
Great to Haves
  • Knowledge of waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Fluency in French
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and technical troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or financial services industries.
