Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recommend operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met
• Evaluate efficiency of production sites to determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used
• Determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used for operations
• Establish work schedules
• Confer with other managers to set production quotas and to plan extraction sites
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Prepare production reports
• Plan and manage budgets
• Supervisory Experience
