Location: 514 Carlingview Drive Etobicoke Ontario M9W 5R3Pay rate: $27.55/hr

Core Accountibilities:
- Understands and fulfills the duties of a leader of the following programs within the production area: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), All food safety programs, All health & safety programs, All Wonderbrands policies, programs or procedures.
- Conduct pre-shift huddles and provide feedback for Team Members when required.
- Responsible for leading Shipping and Receiving Team Members
- Ensuring trailers are available and coordinates with dispatch
- Verifying entry into SAP/ELM is correct and ensures that all COA’s are being captured
- Manage all tray inventory and ensure that all inventory is completed properly
- Verify trailer shipments/paperwork prior to releasing
- Train all new team members in shipping and receiving, and hold them accountable
- Tracks daily KPIs and ensure they are met daily
- Ensure shipping housekeeping is happening on a regular basis
- Assists with trouble shooting on all shipping related equipment (must have basic understanding of all equipment) and coordinates with Maintenance
- Inspects material deliveries
- Ingredients refill being completed in a timely manor
- Ensures that all Lot #’s being captured
- Ensuring FIFO is being followed
- Leads by example and fosters an environment of mutual respect and team work among Team Members.
- Assist with shipping and receiving changeover.
- Ensuring Team Members are effectively following Job/Break rotation schedule.
- Provide accurate feedback on the performance of Team Members.
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a shipping/manufacturing environment (food/bakery experience is desirable).
- Forklift license is an asset
- Must be a demonstrated leader who easily interacts with others and is adept at leading and motivating a team to meet demands
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, along with strong mathematical capabilities.
- Ability to manage difficult people and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible to support other shifts when business needs require additional Leadership.
- Working knowledge of GMP's, HACCP & O.H.S.A will be required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
