Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of document filing, including the preparation of files for branch deposit receipts
  • Accurately label and describe contents on outside of boxes for quick and efficient retrieval
  • Assist in moving boxes to designated in-house storage area and ensuring they are stacked correctly
  • Handle client relations with professionalism and tact, addressing any inquiries they might have
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and calendar management to keep track of important dates and deadlines
  • Maintain precise records for the fiscal year, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
