We are providing an employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry for an Operations Associate based in Burlington, Ontario. The role involves a variety of tasks related to customer service and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the entry of all types of orders as directed by management
• Support the office processing by undertaking manual credits
• Liaise with different departments including operations to ensure customer orders are followed up
• Manually dismantle and sort products and packaging
• Address and rectify product-related issues and concerns
• Keep customer records updated based on interactions
• Make follow-up calls with customers and cover phone system when necessary
• Continually develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
• Undertake other duties assigned to fulfill the business needs.
