Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect, Engineers to analyze, design, and implement cloud solutions across public and private cloud environments. These professionals will also provide third-level technical support, ensuring the stability and security of cloud and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and implement cloud solutions in both public and private cloud environments.
  • Act as a technical lead for Bell.ca infrastructure architecture, ensuring best practices in infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Provide third-level technical support for infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Bell delivery teams to design and implement secure network infrastructure.
  • Conduct network security assessments and implement best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex networking and cloud-related issues at a third-level support capacity.
  • Ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, SAN, OS/DB (Microsoft, Red Hat, Oracle), and clustering.
  • Stay up to date with cloud computing trends and security best practices to enhance Bell.ca’s IT environment.
  • Maintain documentation, design artifacts, and technical support records.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong expertise in cloud solutions, networking, security, and infrastructure design best practices.
  • Mandatory experience working with Bell.ca architecture and infrastructure.
  • Mandatory in-depth knowledge of hardware, SAN, OS/DB (Microsoft, Red Hat, Oracle), clustering, and IT infrastructure design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and network security principles.
  • Expertise in network infrastructure design, network security, and third-level troubleshooting support.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
