About the Role
The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping and nurturing the company's culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth. Reporting directly to the President and co-founder, this position will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Streamlining the employee lifecycle to enhance the overall employee experience and efficiency.
- Enhancing employer brand to attract top talent across all three countries.
- Leveraging Lattice for performance management focusing on continuous feedback and employee development.
- Strengthening employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.
- Establishing clear HR metrics and reporting to monitor progress on various HR aspects.
- Enhancing compliance and policy development to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Building strong relationships across departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS).
- Skills in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of Performance Management frameworks.
- Ability in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution.
- Expertise in Policy Development and Compliance.
- Experience in Training and Development Program Design.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and HR Metrics.
- Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits Administration.
- Skills in Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management roles.
- Previous experience in a multi-country operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR management is a plus.
- Experience in remote team management is desirable.
- Proven track record of successful HR project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
