About Our Client
Our client is a large company in the Construction industry which serves Commercial, Industrial and residential clients.
Job Description- Provide essential administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, maximizing productivity and resources.
- Prepare, distribute, and assist in the creation of regular reports on operational performance and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the central communication point between departments, preparing and distributing emails, memos, letters, and forms to ensure clear information flow.
- Assist with errands and personal tasks when necessary and support the completion of various ad hoc administrative duties.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Outlook Calendar is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred.
- Exceptional proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
