Job Summary
The Enterprise Strategic Client Group (ESCG) is a small, well-seasoned team of client-centric professionals focused on delivering the totality of our “One RBC” offering to RBC’s most complex families and individual clients, and on ensuring their seamless navigation through the entire RBC enterprise and across all platforms, irrespective of geographic footprint or service needs.
This opportunity is with the Strategy, Governance & Enablement (“SG&E”) team within the ESCG where you will play an active role in identifying, analyzing, and addressing strategic issues, opportunities, and threats that face enterprising families served by ESCG.
Job Description
What will you do?- Work with the ESCG team to develop and implement specific initiatives related to Salesforce CRM and associated data assets
- Support ESCG in improving the quality of our client data and reporting processes
- Champion rigorous consideration of strategic issues based on thorough research
- Contribute to the drafting of ESCG strategic documents (and other material as needed) for review, discussion and decisions
- What do you need to succeed?
- Curious and willing to learn quickly; able to prioritize and deliver on multiple/diverse initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen and research skills.
- Strong ability to process and synthesize large amounts of data.
Please note:
In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
