The Superintendent will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring daily productivity and efficient workflows while managing subcontractors, timelines, and budgets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain safety compliance, resolve work conflicts, and facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.

• Lead all on-site activities, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track productivity and efficiency of employees and subcontractors, ensuring schedules, plans, and budgets are adhered to.
• Contribute to the development of the project plan and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
• Monitor compliance with design, contract requirements, and project quality standards.
• Supervise construction and field engineering activities, ensuring workmanship meets company and project standards.
• Manage and maintain project construction schedules, budgets, and system commissioning.
• Resolve conflicts related to work interferences, scheduling, and budget challenges.

• Extensive experience in construction supervision, preferably with a background in traveling or multi-site projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration on-site.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety protocols, quality standards, and project management principles.
• Preference given to candidates with previous WWTP construction experience.
