The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Bilingual Employee Experience Advisor to join our People & Culture team.
Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations, the Bilingual Employee Experience Advisor will be responsible for coordinating and leading the direction of our onboarding and offboarding programs. This role will be instrumental to the employee experience journey by providing exceptional service as the main point of contact for hires and departing employees.The Bilingual Employee Experience Advisor will play a key role in assisting the team with a broad spectrum of HR matters and projects, raising the bar on HR operations and supporting the company’s drive to maintain our high-performance culture.

What your day looks like:
- Coordinates and leads Aviso’s employee onboarding and offboarding programs, which includes conducting onboarding sessions and exit interviews
- Prepares and leads the analysis of data related to HR activities, ensuring accurate assessments are completed and delivered to management as required
- Proactively engages with People & Culture team and other departments to interpret needs, determine requirements and recommend solutions which ensure a positive employee experience
- Actively builds rapport as the main point of contact for hires and departing employees, and fosters effective working relationships with hiring managers and other departments
- Supports the HR compliance function (including audits and surveys) to maintain robust processes in compliance with policies and legislation
- Contributes to the design, roll-out and maintenance of HR programs, initiatives, processes and systems, including special projects as required
- Processes events across employee life cycle (including hires and departures)
- Manages HR data in various HR systems, including Workday
Requirements
Your experience and skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience is required
- Fluent communication skills in French and English are required
- Post-secondary education in administration or business, with a focus in HR is preferred
- Solid working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite are required
- Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an asset
- Experience with Workday would be an asset
- Highly self-motivated, results driven, with a thirst for knowledge
- Committed to service excellence with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to meet changing needs and manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
