Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Evaluate and optimize workflows to improve office efficiency.
- Train team members to maintain high performance standards.
- Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Record and document minutes of meetings
- Establish and streamline office procedures and daily routines.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments to maintain an organized schedule.
- Handle telephone communications, including relaying messages promptly.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of employee data and information.
- Respond to electronic inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Compile, analyze, and organize data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Administer payroll processes and ensure timely execution.
- Perform accurate data entry to support organizational needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of the organization’s digital databases.
