Restaurant Floor Manager
Acquafarina is a Michelin Guide fine dining establishment in the heart of downtown nestled on West Georgia Street that specializes in modern Italian cuisine made from scratch! Specialized cocktails, all-season outdoor dining, and private dining offer an exquisite culinary experience.
We are currently seeking a Floor Manager to manage and oversee daily operations to deliver memorable quality dining experiences for all our guests. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
Salary: $50,000- $60,000 per year, plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Assist and manage the day-to day operations of the restaurant.
- Manage staff members, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations while collaborating with department leads.
- Provide construction feedback to staff, promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Must be able to operate, lead, handle daily financials, cash reconciliations and deposits.
- Guest service remains a priority and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
- Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist upper management in operational policies and managing employees.
- Be results-driven and strive to increase profit revenue and sales by generating insightful creative processes to guide the team for exceptional performance and financial goals!
- 1+ years of previous Management experience
- Motivate and manage a team.
- - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be familiar with Open Table and Squirrel systems.
- WSET 2 would be considered an asset.
- Must have Serving it Right Certification
