Context:
The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a key role in supporting project execution by implementing project management standards, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimizing project performance.
Missions/Main Duties:
- Project Governance and Standards:
- Develop, implement and maintain project management processes, methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate project audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Tender phase and project handover:
- Collaborate with the tender sales manager to understand and document the key assumptions, constraints and strategic elements of the tender.
- Prepare and coordinate the project handover process to ensure a smooth transition from tender to execution, including the transmission of all relevant documentation, identified risks and decisions taken.
- Project planning and control:
- Help define project scope, objectives and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks and issues.
- Financial and Resource Management:
- Support budget planning and cost control activities.
- Assist in resource allocation to ensure adequate staffing of project teams.
- Reporting and performance monitoring:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Profile/Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is an advantage.
Years of experience: At least 3 to 5 years' experience in project management, project coordination or PMO role.
Technical and personal skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, in French and English*

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a spirit of continuous improvement.
